Since this Website Went Down…

I was thinking just momtt became clear to me I made a connection and the 17- and 18-year olds I was talking with would not laugh me out of the room.  I would do it again in a heartbeat.

April 12th The Nancy checked in to the Winchester Medical Center for a two-hour surgery and had 10 inches of her colon removed.  All went well and she is mending well but has suffered some post-surgical depression caused by an overwhelming workload with her job in addition to the aftermath effects of the surgery.  She is getting back to being the Courageous, Joyful, Giving Woman I know her to be and is back to Creating Peace, Love and Unity (all a story within itself).

April 15th two wackjob weirdo Islamists set off two bombs at the Boston Marathon killing innocent bystanders and injuring hundreds of others - a horrible, senseless tragedy that begs the question, what has this world become?

There was one death in my extended family and I also learned of some in families of some friends. One of my neighbors who lived about a mile way passed away suddenly.  While we had talked briefly a few times, I really didn’t know him well, but he had always waved at me for the last eight years as I passed by his farm.  I will miss the wave, it always made me feel like I belonged here (Maya Angelou – he made me feel good and I will never forget).

Many things have crossed my mind of late, as I said earlier, but as I sit here typing this I can only think about how grateful I am to have had every experience, every feeling and every breath.  My life is good, my health, though with some aches and pains, is better than many others I know.  I am thankful God has granted me to opportunity to be me.

You know what I think?  I think this might be damn well be The Best Day Ever, and I hope you do, as well.  Do me a favor?  Go out there today and be amazing.

And that is all I have to say about that…
